Gingerbread Martini
Ingredients
- Gingerbread Syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 5 cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced into rounds

- 4 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
- 4 ounces Grey Goose vodka
- 2 ounces Kahlua
- 2 ounces Gingerbread Syrup
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- whipped cream
- crushed ginger snap cookies
Instructions
- Syrup
- Add all syrup ingredients to a small saucepan
- Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved
- Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes
- Refrigerate up to 2 weeks
- Martini
- Combine liquors, syrup and ice cream in a blender
- Add 1 cup of ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into a martini glass
- Garnish with whipped cream and cookie crumbs
