Instant Pot Buttery Chicken Thighs

Try scaling this recipe to 3 or 4 pounds of chicken.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- Montreal Chicken Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoons butter
- 1 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- Sprinkle both sides of the chicken pieces with seasoning
- Heat butter and oil in a large skillet
- Brown chicken 4-5 minutes on each side
- Add chicken and broth to Instant Pot
- Close seal
- Cook at high pressure for 8 minutes
- Natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release
